Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that online shopping can have it's disadvantages. Occasionally an item will not fit correctly - too big, too small or just not for you... we get it.

We are here for you and we do offer store credit on returned items. (Due to the limited size quantities of our items, we are not offering exchanges at this time. Refunds are not issued.

Eligible for Return - You have notified us by email within 7 days of receiving your item/s. Your item/s is still in new condition, no tags have been removed, no stains, make up, rips or tears, pet hair, or smells like smoke or body odor. These items remain unwashed and ready to be returned in the condition they were received. 

Ineligible for Return - You have notified us beyond the 7 days timeframe for a return. Your item/s has been washed, tags removed, soiled with a stain, has an odor, pet hair or ripped or torn and not in the condition it left our boutique. All items are inspected carefully before shipping. 

All Sales are final - no returns, refunds or exchanges are given.

All Hats, Candy Club and Coffee Mugs - no returns, refunds or exchanges are given.

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own shipping label. The package must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. If your item/s is returned after the 14 days, we are unable to issue store credit.

Store credit will be issued after your return is received by The Cactus Barn Boutique. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please seek out the parcel company you used for delivery for further assistance. Store credit will not be issued to the customer for these unreturned items. 

Please email us within the 7 day window at TheCactusbarn@Outlook.com to be sure your item/s are eligible for Store Credit. If you received an item/s that you did not order or your item is damaged please email us at the address above and we will do our best to accommodate you.
